No. Camp One is designed as your entry point. No prior experience with Scolio-Pilates® or Pilates of any kind is required.
Yes, spinal fusion campers are welcome. Please bring your X-rays and share your surgical history during your pre-camp Zoom with Karena before camp begins.
To give every camper the personal attention they deserve. Karena works with each person individually, reviewing your X-ray, understanding your specific curve, and tailoring the movement sessions to you. That level of care is only possible in a small group.
Lodging and meals are not included. Cape May has beautiful options for all budgets. We recommend booking your accommodations well in advance, summer weekends fill quickly.
Yes, please bring your own phone and you can set it to record your own exercises. We are not able to do this for you. You may not bring another person to record for you, however, we will pair up in teams of 2, and your partner will help you record your own exercises.
Yes. All campers must have X-rays available. This allows Karena to work with your specific curve during your pre-camp Zoom and throughout the weekend.
After registering, you'll have immediate access to your camp portal on Thinkific. Karena's private booking link is waiting for you inside, along with your pre-camp classes and everything you need to prepare. July slots fill quickly, book as soon as you're in.
Comfortable movement clothes that allows us to see your back, a sports bra would be perfect, a water bottle, a notebook to record your personalized corrections, and an open mind.
