I registered for the On Demand subscription. How do I access the videos?
To access the over 100 videos that are part of your subscription, please follow these steps:
1. Login by clicking here.
2. On the page you click to, enter your username and password to log in.
That’s it! Enjoy the ease and strength of your new spine. Be sure to let us know immediately if you are having any trouble at all.

With these classes, once played and you mark that you watched it, can you replay it again another time?
Yes, definitely. You can watch them again and again. There’s no limit.

Can I download any new classes that I watch and want to keep?
These classes that are part of the subscription are not downloadable.

I have never done Scolio-Pilates before, how do I get started?
Don’t worry! Our "first steps" classes concentrate on Scolio-Pilates concept, so you feel more comfortable with navigating in the other classes.

Do I need any equipment?
With Scolio-Pilates On Demand, we work with what we have. The instructor will use props, but those props can be found at home. We usually use a small ball, wedges, k-wedge (or towels in you don’t have one), a chair, and some wall space.

I can't attend live, can you tell me more about the library?
The classes are divided into 9 classes. You will be able to choose what you want to work on! Those categories are: - Scolio-Pilates "first steps"
- 5 minutes pick me ups
- Strong hips, legs, and feet
- Scolio-prop
- Scolio-Wedge Focus
- Elongation and stretching
- Strong spine
- Strong arms and shoulders
- Scolio Core

How many videos can you watch per month?
You can watch as many as you’d like at any time. You can access all the videos as long as you have a subscription.

After the two week free trial, what happens?
It renews on its own – you don’t need to register each month. Your subscription renews on its own monthly.

How do I cancel my subscription?
If you would like to cancel your subscription, go to your account, billing, and just click on cancel.
