Scolio-Pilates® Enhancement Webinar

Sex & Scoliosis Webinar

A practical, judgment-free webinar on finding comfort and confidence, without the guesswork, awkwardness, or "wait, definitely not that" moments.

Let's talk about this already,
A supportive, educational conversation about comfort and confidence

If you’ve ever paused mid-moment and thought, “Okay… absolutely not that angle,” you’re not alone. Curves, rotations, and asymmetries can affect how the body experiences comfort, pressure, and movement — and intimacy is no exception.

This webinar offers a safe, practical space to understand what’s happening in your body and explore options that can make intimacy feel easier, calmer, and more supportive.
