Scolio-Pilates: Enhancement webinar

Adults & Scoliosis

with Danielle Valette, PT

Understanding Changes Through the Years

As we age, changes in bone density, posture, and muscle balance can contribute to the development or progression of spinal deformities such as scoliosis, kyphosis, or sagittal imbalance.
This session shines light on the complex and often under-recognized condition of Adult Spinal Deformity, including its causes, symptoms, and how it differs between degenerative (De Novo) scoliosis and curves that persist from adolescence.

You’ll gain clarity on how spinal alignment impacts pain, mobility, and quality of life, and how the partnership between Schroth-based schools and Scolio-Pilates® provides effective, conservative strategies for long-term spinal health.

Attended daily life and scoliosis enhancement webinar

I enjoyed this workshop TREMENDOUSLY and received so much from it, particularly around the different ways of leaning forward to avoid flexion (that's my back's biggest bugaboo!). I look forward to putting all of this into practice. Thank you so much for sharing this thorough and thoughtful workshop.
